🍂New Recipes in October🍂

This month was busy, I've got new desserts, sugar free treats, and some updated dinners!

DESSERTS-

• Date Bark Recipe- Chocolate, peanut butter, and medjool dates are frozen together to create a chewy, Snicker’s like treat!
• Rosemary Shortbread cookies have a hint of zesty citrus with a nice balance of herb. Crisp and buttery!
• These soft and chewy Pumpkin Caramels are loaded with real pumpkin and pumpkin spice. Made the old fashioned way with real cream and butter!
• These Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cookies prove that sometimes the simplest cookies are the best. Just three ingredients, one bowl, and zero refined sugar.

DINNER-

• This hearty Sloppy Joe Casserole recipe is layered with a homemade mac and cheese base, seasoned ground beef layer, and of course plenty of cheese!
• This copycat Portillo’s Chopped Salad recipe is made with a zesty dressing, bacon, veggies, and spicy chicken. The ditalini pasta is what made this salad famous at Portillo’s in Chicago.

I have been creating delicious sugar free desserts for a few months. If you want to try them, I use this natural sweetener. I use Besti monk fruit from Amazon. You can swap out the monk fruit for Stevia if you prefer.
